Qualifications

Diploma in Customer Relationship Management

The Diploma in Customer Relationship Management is designed to broaden the knowledge and skills of those wishing to pursue a career in this area.

It provides a sound understanding of the principles of relationship management and the essential professional knowledge and skills to undertake a role in CRM.

The Diploma in Customer Relationship Management is awarded on the completion of 3 credits. The core of the qualification consists of Marketing Financial Services, Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services Sales Management. To complete the award candidates have the choice of taking either Retail Banking or Business Banking. It should be noted that there are variants of this award and both the Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank have bespoke versions of this qualification with slightly different completion requirements.
