Qualifications

Course Prices - From December 2007

1 Certificate in Financial Services, Call Centre Operations, Sales and Service, Diploma in Financial Services:

The cost of undertaking each subject unit in any of the above courses is £260. All candidates taking these courses must be student members of the Institute and have paid the annual student subscription of £50.

Candidates for the Certificate in Credit Union Practice and the schools undertaking the Certificate in Financial Services should consult the Institute Office for details of prices before making an application. Full or partial funding may be available for these courses for eligible candidates.

3 Chartered Banker Course and related Diplomas in Customer Relationship Management, Operational Risk Management, Call Centre Management, and Business and Corporate Banking.

3.1 Graduate Exemption Fees

Granting of 3 non-specific credits incurs a single fee of £500 on first enrolment to the course
Subject exemption of one further exemption is £200

3.2 Distance Learning Course
