On-line Help

Chat Rooms and Forums

The CIOBS Chat Room and Forums facility is accessible through the Members' Section of the website.

The Chat Room allows students to interact with fellow students, hopefully resolving subject or course queries and providing an important networking opportunity.

The Forums will facilitate the 'posting' of course or subject-related matters and again will allow feedback from other students - once more, this facility provides students with additional support.

Chartered Banker Examinations - Revision Sessions

Prior to each examination diet, a dedicated Chat Room Revision session will be held for each subject.

As with the Revision Courses, a subject expert will be on hand to answer those last-minute queries. Each session will last around an hour and dates will again be advised well in advance of the event taking place. These sessions may be of particular benefit to those students who were unable to attend the subject Revision Course.

Chat Room Revision session dates can be viewed / downloaded from the Downloads area of this site.

On-line Lectures

A series of 'lecturettes' will be hosted on the this site. These mini-modules focus on a specific aspect of a subject and, typically, last for a maximum of 30 minutes.

The first of these is now available by click here and students should utilise the RSS facility or regularly visit this section of the web site , for news of new lectures, etc.
