At CIOBS we realise that distance learning, by its very nature, can sometimes be a lonely business.

Distance learning courses are essentially self-taught and, despite the benefit of the high quality distance learning workbooks provided, there may be times when a little bit of extra support is required.

That's where the CIOBS Academy team come in!

The Academy is the CIOBS function which has the dedicated aim of supporting students throughout the period of their studies.

Since the inception of this dedicated support many, many thousands of enquiries and queries have been received and responded to. Often, a student simply wants confirmation that they are on the 'right track' with regard to a particular study topic. At other times, the enquiry is more technical and an explanation of the subject matter may be required before the student can confidently progress with their studies.

Whatever the reason for a student contacting the CIOBS Academy team, the CIOBS goal is consistent - a resolution to the study issue and student satisfaction!
