? Where can I find the closing date for Chartered Banker or Associateship examination entries?

A The opening and closing dates for examination entries are as follows:

• Spring Examination Diet - 15 th January and 1st March
• Autumn Examination Diet - 15 th July and 1 st September.

? What examination centres are available to sit the examinations?

A Examination centres are available at a number of locations throughout the UK. They are often held at a local college or university and details of the venues can be obtained via the Calendar Supplement and can be viewed here.

? I'm doing the Certificate in Financial Services, why is there no examination diet like the Chartered Banker or Associateship students have?

A There are no set examination diets for the following qualifications:

• The Diploma / Certificate in Financial Services
• The Certificate in Sales & Service
• The Certificate in Call Centre Operations
• The Certificate in Credit Union Practice
• The Mortgage Advice & Practice Certificate
• The Certificate in Investment Planning.

As these examinations are on-line, you are able to sit the exam when you want - there is often only about a two week period between the time of registering and the actual examination date.
