? I'm sitting the Sales & Service examination, but I can't find any assignments in my workbook?

A There are no assignments for the Diploma / Certificate in Financial Services, the Certificates in Sales & Service or Call Centre Operations or for the RQF subjects.

? I'm studying the Retail Banking subject, but I can't find any assignments in my workbook?

? Why are homework assignments important if I am doing Chartered Banker-based subjects?
