Professional Status - Career Recognition

If you are an Associate (ACIBS), Member (MCIBS) or Fellow (FCIBS), you can use your designatory letters to display your qualification.

Chartered Banker Status

If you have reached Chartered Banker status, your membership also allows you to use this designation as a mark of your professionalism. The Chartered Banker designation is the leading benchmark of professionalism for the financial services industry and CIOBS is the only organisation that can grant this status to their members. The title of "Chartered Banker" has been approved by the Privy Council for use by financial services practitioners who are Members or Fellows of the CIOBS and can demonstrate that they meet annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
