CIOBS is running a session in Leeds with Miascape Ltd which will help attendees to understand the thinking behind organisational behaviours. Miascape works with a number of blue chip clients in the finance sector including Lloyds TSB, Standard Life and AXA Insurance. Through their experience, Miascape have identified that many professionals feel that they could still learn much more about the way people in their organisation think and why they behave the way they do.

This seminar will give you an insight into your own thinking and behaviour and that of others within your organisation, allowing you to:

Become more confident when engaging with senior people
Learn from actions before executing them
Understand how to engage people
Have meaningful conversations
Make powerful requests
