Setting Powerful Goals

Where are you in your career journey? Where would you like to be? This time next year, what do you want to have achieved? What do you want to be doing? What do you want to have?

We all know that setting goals is crucial if we are to take control of our lives and create our own futures. At work, we set goals and focus our efforts on achieving them all the time. Yet how often in our busy schedules do we make the time to think about our own goals and plan for our own achievements?

CIOBS is providing you with a unique opportunity to take some time out to think about what you want, and devise your own strategic plan for taking your career to the next level.

Our three hour workshop, Setting Powerful Goals, will be run by Lynn McLeod of Queste Leadership Coaching and Training. Queste have designed this workshop to help you create your own future. By the end of the three hour workshop, you will have:

• clarity about your career values
• identified aspects of your professional life that you want to improve
• set powerful goals for improvement
• a range of tools and strategies to ensure goal achievement
• developed your skills to help others set powerful goals

Regardless of where you are in your career journey at the moment, this workshop will help you progress to the next level, the next stage of the journey.
