Communicate!

Are you aware of the messages you communicate about yourself in the workplace? Studies show that what you say, only counts for a tiny percentage of the message received. It is proven that how you sound and the way you look when you say something, are substantially more important. But how much control do you have over these things and the many other sub-conscious features of communication?

CIOBS is running a challenging and motivating seminar with training provider "gofastforward" to improve the many aspects of your communication skills. The company believes in practical, effective and jargon-free training. They also believe that people learn best, not only when we think about a new idea, but when we also do, see, hear and experience that new idea. As a result, the training will take a multi-format approach to learning, to ensure that everyone absorbs the key messages.

In this 90 minute breakfast seminar entitled "Communicate!", the trainers will cover the following learning outcomes:

Understand people and be understood
Know how others want to be communicated
Understand the real message
Build rapport (even with the weird guy in the corner)
Ask great question... that give insightful answers
Listening. Really listening

This event costs £35 for members and £45 for non-members. Right now, these fees are at a highly discounted introductory rate. This session would normally cost £110 or more.
