Annual General Meeting

The Institute's Annual General Meeting is held on a date in June in each year as determined by the Council. The business of the Annual General Meeting includes the submission of the Annual Report and Audited Statement of Accounts for the previous financial year, the election of Office Bearers and members of Council when appropriate, the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year and any other business competent to be dealt with at a General Meeting.

Those entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting are Fellows (FCIBS), Members (MCIBS) and Associates (ACIBS) of the Institute. Certificated members, students and affiliate members may attend the meeting but are not entitled to vote.
